Goals & Objectives

  1. To demonstrate the crucial role of dermatopathology in the diagnosis of dermatologic disorders
  2. To highlight the cost effectiveness of dermatopathology
  3. To show the range of tests that can be performed on skin biopsies
  4. To introduce the International Committee of Dermatopathology and its efforts to increase the standards of dermatopathology knowledge worldwide
  5. To bring to light the expertise of dermatopathologists from around the world
  6. To introduce new emerging roles of dermatopathology in the diagnostic process


We will also have a session at the EADV Congress, which is scheduled at Wednesday, 9 October 2019, from 13.30 to 17.30.
